We’ve had the most amazing weather this winter. I can’t remember ever having this many storms, gusts of wind up to 100 miles per hour with rain, fog, snow all in one day. This must be a result of gradual planet warming. It doesn’t seem all that long ago when I was a nipper, we really knew the seasons apart. Winter really set in after christmas and new year, say end January, our father used to take lovely photos of snowy weather, we lived in the country and there was a mass of inspiration. The trees in their winter bareness used to feature a lot. Taking photographs these days is not the same at all. Amazing pictures are achieved with phones and small cameras. That’s fine for the short reminder of a day out. For the lasting beauty, a family event or maybe a landscape scene to adorn a wall are best achieved with a professional photographic studio. Their expertise is unbeatable.
